This video captures our final 5K run and more importantly, the reason we set out on this challenge in the first place.

Over the course of the challenge, we raised £1,600 in total, which will be shared between BEN Automotive and Ryegate Children’s Centre. Every step we ran was driven by a shared goal: to give back and support two charities doing truly incredible work every single day.

This challenge was never about times, personal bests, or individual achievement. Running was simply the vehicle. The real purpose was using movement, consistency, and community to make a positive difference.

Supporting BEN Automotive

BEN Automotive supports people working in the automotive industry, as well as their families, when life takes an unexpected turn. From mental health support to financial guidance and overall wellbeing services, BEN is there when it matters most providing practical help and reassurance during some of life’s toughest moments.

Supporting Ryegate Children’s Centre

Ryegate Children’s Centre provides specialist care, therapy, and support for children with disabilities and complex needs. Their work helps children live fuller, happier lives while also supporting the families who care for them every day. The impact they make reaches far beyond the centre itself.

More Than a Finish Line

This final run marks the end of the challenge, but it doesn’t mark the end of our support. The generosity, encouragement, and belief shown throughout this journey has been overwhelming.
