Do I have to replace all four tyres at once?

No. Tyres only need replacing when they are worn, damaged or too old, and fitting them in pairs across an axle is normal practice. If the fronts are down and the rears have plenty of tread left, we will tell you rather than sell you four new tyres you do not need.
