Took my car in for an MOT & Service, mentioned the front left headlight was out, they said they'd replace it no problems. Picked it up later and drove that night to find headlight bulb still out. Magically passed its MOT though. Clearly not been checked. Rung up and they didn't seem arsed about it, "things get missed".

All the staff are pleasant, the mechanics are brilliant lads, very knowledgeable and experienced, my car was treated so well, and left just outside the door ready to collect and drive away. Had a full service, and MOT, and will definitely be coming back to have my brakes done and suspension, as my trust has now been established, as it’s always hard to find a good garage that you know you can trust no matter what. I was pleasantly surprised with the service. I had taken my son's car for replacement brake pads and they noticed the coil spring had broken at the same time. I offered to book it back in but they sent a technician to the local part's suppliers to collect a spring and fitted it there and then. Big thanks to Jonathan! Took my Mrs car to VMB after seeing the reviews as we lost trust in our usual garage. VMB autocentre is second to non, excellent communication, friendly and welcoming staff! Work was completed quickly and very competitively priced they even provided a full report and full invoice breakdown including images of work completed and issues identified for full transparency. We will 100% be coming back to VMB autocentre in the future 10 out of 10!

I visited VMB to have my Aircon regassed as they did it for a very good price, it turned out my Aircon pump was broken but after regassing and taking out the gas again, they didn't charge me at all! I then booked in for a service and MOT and the lads have done a really good job and have been really friendly. 10/10

Called in recently while I was passing, I had a problem with something hanging off underneath my car. Guys got it straight on the lift and showed me it was a broken piece of plastic trim which was easily removed and I was soon on my way without even being charged because they sorted it out so quickly! Definitely would recommend them for service and professional expertise. Pretty reasonable charges too!

Ordered two tyres for my caravan from ASDA and selected VMB Autocentre Handsworth, Sheffield, as the fitters. Tyres were delivered to VMB and I booked the fitting for 9am the following day. Malcolm fitted them quickly and was a friendly, helpful man. NTS / Hawley’s were unable to get their act together even after an hour of my trying. Asda was also cheaper. One anomaly is having to put in a Reg No before being able to order. Have to rely on a phone call to the fitters.

I recently took my car to VMB Autocentre for repairs after a recommendation and I was extremely impressed with the service. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my glow plugs and breaks within just a couple of hours. Throughout the entire process, the mechanics were upfront and transparent about the costs, and they were incredibly helpful and polite, patiently answering all of my questions. Most importantly, they made sure everything was working perfectly before I drove away. I would definitely recommend VMB Autocentre to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

Turn up just on the off chance as my wife’s tyre had slow puncture wasn’t expecting anyone to be there as it was Saturday about 2 in afternoon but there was, the lad said they shut at 1 and was just washing his car but asked me what the problem was, I told him the issue to which he replied let’s have a look and sure enough there was a nail in the tire. He removed the nail patched it up and put the wheel back on good as knew and just said leave a review I was well pleased. The lads there are spot on can’t do enough for you and would well recommend them cheers to the lad who sorted my tyre top lad
