Chose this garage randomly for MOT and service and was glad I did. Luke the manager was very welcoming, verified my booking and also offered an additional service to ensure my fuel emissions would not affect my MOT results as I drive an older car. Which I accepted. Left the car feeling confident things would be done correctly. On my return was advised of a couple of things that needed doing and after receiving the costs was happy to let them proceed. They did it immediately and I was away one very happy customer 🙂

Had MOT at Handsworth, great service. Moved vehicles around to get our 7.5 mtr motorhome in. Also went to their Deepcar site previously to have new pads fitted and superb again, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Had my car serviced last week as a new driver I was a little nervous going to the garage... The guys on the front desk were very welcoming and explained that the car would be looked over and they would ring me with any findings on the service... Safe to say I WILL be going back after a 5star customer service and great to have car back all fixed the same day.

Booked my MOT appointment online no problem & managed to get in with only a weeks notice. I waited for my car, as there is a nice waiting room for customers. Service was quick and efficient. Can’t go wrong for a £30 MOT, would definitely recommend.

Great garage! Amazing customer service from Luke as always! The garage managed to fit me in with short notice, they always go above and beyond! Will not be going anywhere else again! I always only ever used main dealers but Luke and his team have restored my faith in smaller garages. Car was serviced and returned to me in a timely manner, nothing was too much for them!

Had an MOT done, they gave me a call before to say they were coming to pick up my car, came and collected then did the MOT and was dropped back off within an hour and a half. Would highly recommend and can pay by card or cash.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service. I had taken my son's car for replacement brake pads and they noticed the coil spring had broken at the same time. I offered to book it back in but they sent a technician to the local part's suppliers to collect a spring and fitted it there and then. I was expecting a nasty bill but it was very reasonable and id definitely recommend these guys. My family will be using these lads from now on thank you so much Jonny and co

Big thanks to Jonathan! Took my Mrs car to VMB after seeing the reviews as we lost trust in our usual garage. VMB autocentre is second to non, excellent communication, friendly and welcoming staff! Work was completed quickly and very competitively priced they even provided a full report and full invoice breakdown including images of work completed and issues identified for full transparency. We will 100% be coming back to VMB autocentre in the future 10 out of 10!

I visited VMB to have my Aircon regassed as they did it for a very good price, it turned out my Aircon pump was broken but after regassing and taking out the gas again, they didn't charge me at all! I then booked in for a service and MOT and the lads have done a really good job and have been really friendly. 10/10
