Will you show me what’s actually wrong with my car?

Yes. When we diagnose a fault, we film or photograph the actual problem and send it over, so you can see exactly what’s wrong with your own eyes rather than taking a mechanic’s word for it. It’s especially useful if you feel you know nothing about cars, and the footage can even support an insurance claim. No work begins until you have seen the issue and agreed on the price.
